To heat the Connect concentrate vaporizer properly, screw the Connect tank into the housing completely. Usually, simply loosening then re-screwing the tank tightly will alleviate any issues with heating. Fully charging the Connect Battery may also help your Connect heat properly.
The G Pen Connect is a flexible vaporizer, and will work with any water piece that has a glass-on-glass joint. Once purchased, your Connect will come with a 14mm Male adapter, suitable for any piece with a 14mm Female joint. You can also purchase a 10mm, 14mm, and 18mm adapter in both Male and Female separately.
To load your concentrates into the G Pen Connect, first remove the magnetic tank cap by gently pulling upward to reveal the tank underneath. Using any the tool of your choosing, place the concentrates directly onto the center of the ceramic heating element at the bottom of the tank. Once the tank is loaded, place the tank cap back onto the top of the tank.
When the Connect Battery needs to be charged, the G LED on the power button will blink red eight times when the button is pressed.
Once the G Pen Connect is powered on, the Extended Draw Mode can be activated by clicking the button twice. The G LED on the button will begin blinking, indicating the Connect has begun heating. Once at temperature, the G LED will remain solid and continue to heat for 10 seconds without the need for holding the button down. This automatic heating can be cancelled at any time by clicking the button.
Once the Connect has been powered on, you can cycle through its three voltage output settings by simply clicking the power button three times. The G LED on the button will change color, indicating the voltage setting has been changed. The three voltage settings and their corresponding colors can be found below: Low (Blue) - 3.1V Medium (Green) - 3.6V , High (Red) - 4.1V
Make sure to charge the G Pen Connect Battery prior to use. Once the Connect is charged in full, press the power button five times. The button will blink three times to indicate it has been powered on. To power the device off, click the button five times again. The button will blink one time in each color (blue, green, red) to indicate it is powering down.
