"The cord does become lose at the connections from using different size bongs. Took a minute to figure out that was the culprit but wiggled my wife and it blinked.( The whole unit wasn't acting right). The new cord brought it right back to life. I can barely hit it on turquoise!!! I love my Hyer. I will defend it to the end of time. But please update the battery to more temp control options. I've had my Hyer going on 2 years."
