Is my G Pen Elite II covered under warranty?

Yes. GS Holistic LLC warrants the G Pen Elite II against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. The same warranty is extended to two (2) years when the device is registered. If a physical defect comes up and we receive your claim within the warranty period, we will exchange the defective device for a new one.
