FAQs

How can I join Loyal G?

Create an account. If you have ordered from gpen.com before, sign in with the email address you used and your points are already there.

When will I start receiving points?

You get 30 points when you create an account. After that you earn points on every purchase and for actions like leaving a review, following us on social media, your birthday and your account anniversary.

What types of purchases are rewarded?

Every product you buy on gpen.com earns at least 1 point for every dollar spent. Taxes, shipping and other fees do not earn points.

When are points added to my account?

Points are added automatically when your order ships.

How can I redeem my points?

Every 10 points are worth $1 off. Sign in, choose a reward on this page, and the code goes straight into your cart.

Can I use points together with a discount code?

No. One discount code can be used per order, and a reward code counts as one.

Do I still get free shipping when I redeem points?

Yes. Orders of $75 or more ship free to the contiguous United States, counted after your points discount. Under $75, shipping is shown at checkout.

How does refer a friend work?

Share your referral link. Your friend gets $30 off a first order of $69 or more, and you get 300 points ($30 off) when they order. You can refer as many friends as you like.

What are the VIP tiers?

Your tier is based on what you spend: Bronze when you join, Silver at $250, Gold at $500 and Diamond at $1,000. Higher tiers earn more points for every dollar, up to 2x for Diamond. Your tier does not expire.

Will my points expire?

Points expire 1 year after your last activity, such as an order, a review or a redemption.
