"Cleaning the mouthpiece is a breeze. I discovered that using a crochet hook, specifically a . 5mm stainless steel, makes an excellent pick tool. I employ this tool to remove the rubber insert from the mouthpiece. I soak all parts, including the small rubber insert deep inside the mouthpiece, thoroughly in 70% isopropyl alcohol. Afterward, I clean all parts with a Q-tip (glob mop) and a paper towel. I always have a clean mouthpiece on hand."

"The GPEN dash plus is better than the first. The mouth piece is even better and easier to clean a to make sure your getting all the flavor. As long as you keep it clean your sessions will be the best and it’s always got to have a spare once it’s time to switch out."
"There was a big learning curve and lack of information about how much herb to use. I found it best not to overfill-add ground herb loosly in the chamber. I set mine to 410 degrees and can consistently get two sessions on one fill. Once spent, the taste and amount of smoke produced changes. I really like the sleek design of the G pen plus. I bought the black one and it is easy to drop with nothing yo grip. I had to add a few tiny pieces of adhesive stair tread to keep from dropping it. If dropped, the lid pops off and you lose all the herb. I do love how I csn discreetly partake!"
