"I had ordered these 18 mm glass fittings for my higher unit, and there was a mistake in the shipping. I called Jason at GPEN and he got right to it. The product also had the included shipping. And the reason I bought them is because my water piece requires 18 mm fitting and I had to use an adapter to make the unit work.
